Hearing Aid Clean & Check $35
You clean your hearing aids daily; however, dirt, dander, moisture can still slowly accumulate
within the hearing aid over time. We recommend a deep cleaning at least every 6 months (or
every 3 months for active individuals) to prolong the life of your hearing aids and to keep them
functioning at their best.
Ear Wax Removal $95
Excessive ear wax can obstruct the pathway of sound if not properly managed, resulting in an
uncomfortable plugged feeling coupled with reduced hearing. In our office, ear wax is removed
using our state-of-the-art Earigator lavage system (think of it as a bath for your ears).
Hearing Aid Programming and Adjustments $185
Whether you purchase your hearing aids with us, or elsewhere, you might need a tune-up from
time to time. We can program most hearing aids with the appropriate amount of prescription
gain. Please note that this appointment requires a full hearing evaluation (or a hearing
evaluation within 6 months) to determine where your hearing levels are at so we can program
and adjust the hearing aids appropriately.
Hearing Aid Programming and Orientation $420
This appointment is designed for individuals seeking to completely reprogram hearing aids and
learn how to use them. Many of these individuals receive their hearing aids from a friend or
family member who no longer needs them. This appointment requires a full hearing evaluation
(or a hearing evaluation within 6 months) to determine where your hearing levels are at so we
can program the hearing aids to prescribed targets. Once the hearing aids are programmed,
you will learn how to use and care for your hearing aids. One follow-up appointment is included
within one month if further programming adjustments are needed.
Real Ear Measurements $110
How sound resonates within each individual’s ear canal varies. Sound emitted from a hearing
aid resonates differently in your ear canal compared to someone else’s ear canal. Because of
this, we recommend you have your hearing aids verified that they are meeting prescription
targets by measuring them on your ears. Completing Real Ear Measurements truly verifies that
your hearing aids are meeting your prescribed target, helping you to hear your best.
Hearing Aid Software Update $75
Technology is always evolving, changing, updating, and improving. The software in your hearing
aids is no different. Due to the amount of time associated with updating your hearing aid
software, we recommend you drop your hearing aids off for a 24-hour period to give us
adequate time to update them for you. Same day appointments are available; however, please
be prepared to wait anywhere from 30-90 minutes depending on the upgrade.
Ear Impressions $75 (one) $90 (two)
Custom ear impression(s) can be taken in 20 minutes. If you have specific manufacturer instructions, please bring them with to your appointment.
Bluetooth Connectivity Support $25
Our Bluetooth connectivity visit will help you pair your phone to your hearing aids and
determine if a software update is warranted.
