CAA The Hearing Place provides on-site respirator fit testing, spirometry and employee training to keep your workers safe and your program OSHA compliant. OSHA requires that workers wear a respirator in various hazardous breathing environments. Our on-site respirator safety program includes:

In addition, a Professional Licensed Health Care Provider (PLHCP – OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134) reviews the records with respect to the employee’s medical ability to wear and be certified to use a respirator in the work place.
Why fit testing matters. A respirator only protects a worker when it seals properly to their face. OSHA’s Respiratory Protection Standard (29 CFR 1910.134) requires fit testing before a worker first uses a tight-fitting respirator, and at least once a year after that.
Testing at your facility. We come to you, so employees spend less time away from the job. We also offer annual onsite hearing testing, so one provider can cover both programs.
Clear records. A Professional Licensed Health Care Provider (PLHCP) reviews every employee’s spirometry results, fit test and training record. You then receive documentation to keep on file for OSHA.
