Reduces noise interference – Cuts out background noise
Hearing Aid Remote
Changing programs and volume on the hearing aids themselves can be tricky. A mini remote makes it easy. These remotes are small enough that they fit right on your keychain. Check with us if your hearing aids have remote capabilities and be on your way to better hearing with the push of a button.
TV Streamer
With the TV streamer, you can stream sound from your TV right to your hearing aids while enjoying your show with others. As a bonus, if your pets or family members keep distracting you, you can turn off the hearing aid’s amplification while still streaming sound from your TV to your hearing aids. Ask us about this technology to see if your hearing aids are compatible.
Phone Streamer
The phone streamer works just like a regular phone. Other members of your household can use it, but when you use it what is said on the other line streams right to your hearing aids. These work great for individuals with moderate to profound hearing losses. Check with us to see if a phone streamer is right for you.
Bluetooth Streamer
Streaming technology makes it possible to connect Bluetooth devices directly to your hearing aids. Ask us to learn what streaming technology will work for you.
Remote Microphone
Sometimes one person is simply harder to hear than others. A remote microphone that your conversational partner wears can help ease this struggle. This technology is available for a variety of hearing aid brands and styles. Ask us if your hearing aids are compatible with this technology. Also note that most remote microphones need a streamer to send sound to your hearing aids.
Captioned Phone
Captioned phones can be helpful to those who are deaf or hard of hearing. We are pleased to work together with Captel to provide free phones to individuals who qualify. To qualify, you’ll need a full hearing evaluation first.
