We are in-network with a variety of health insurance companies, but not with every plan. Please be aware that hearing healthcare is not always covered by insurance. While we make every effort to verify your insurance coverage in advance, we recommend you check with your insurance provider to verify any out-of-pocket responsibility you might have.We collect $75 at the time of your hearing/tinnitus evaluation to cover any copays, coinsurance and/or deductible you might be responsible for. If your insurance covers these services, this will be reimbursed to you.The cost for hearing aids varies depending on the style and the technology recommended for treatment (please see Hearing Aids). Each patient’s hearing loss and treatment plan is different. Our team is happy to discuss the cost of treatment and any available payment options before we begin the treatment process. That way we can help ensure you make the choice that’s right for you, your family, and your budget. If you’re in need of financing, CareCredit offers a third-party option for payment plans to help you hear better sooner.
AetnaTRAIL (Total Retiree Advantage Illinois) Insurance Update: While we are out-of-network with most Aetna plans, AetnaTRAIL members can still access our services and treatment with their full hearing aid coverage benefit as of January 1, 2025.
