Cynthia Chow
Au.D., Ph.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Dr. Chow’s professional interests include the diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss, tinnitus management, patient education, hearing conservation, and teaching. She recognizes that every patient’s hearing needs are different and is capable of helping people hear their best in all listening environments while protecting the hearing that they do have. Dr. Chow received her doctorate of Audiology and doctorate of Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her PhD studies in hearing science provide her with a unique understanding of sound perception which she applies to the treatment and management of hearing loss and tinnitus.
Dr. Chow holds a certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology by the American Speech and Hearing Association. She is a member of the Illinois Academy of Audiology and fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She has given numerous talks at state and national conventions including the Illinois Academy of Audiology, American Academy of Audiology and American Speech and Hearing Association.
Dr. Chow resides in Oak Park close to her workplace. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, watching sports, playing the harp, trying new recipes, and spending time with her family, friends and her XXL rescue Great Dane.
Dora Klink
M.S, Au.D, CCC-A
Dr. Dora Klink is originally from Tennessee. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree and Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Tennessee. Dr. Klink also holds a certificate of clinical competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
Dora is easy going and fun loving. She enjoys exploring the city and finding great shops and restaurants. She also loves exploring new dog parks with her trusty pup, Stewart.
Dr. Klink is ready and capable of assisting anyone in need of exceptional hearing care. She especially enjoys working with our nation’s Veterans. Her willingness to help and love for connecting with patients make her a valuable asset to the team. Don’t be afraid to show your pet photos during your appointment!
Craig
B.S., Operations Manager
Craig received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is passionate about protecting industrial employees from occupational hazards as well as helping our clients stay in compliance with OSHA. Craig has the experience and knowledge necessary to provide cost-effective result driven consulting services. He is creative and determined in finding ways to accommodate each of our client’s individual needs. Craig’s familiarity with industrial health and safety coupled with his desire and enthusiasm to help our client’s remain OSHA compliant make him a perfect fit for the CAA team.
Jesus (Ricky)
Hearing Technician
Ricky joined the CAA team in 2018 with several years of customer service experience under his belt. He has a passion for helping individuals protect their hearing from occupational noise in addition to ensuring our clients stay in compliance with federal and state regulation. Ricky finds himself right at home with CAA and adds an extra element of enthusiasm and laughter to our everyday lives. When booking your educational session, make sure to ask him to wear his custom ear outfit!

Stephanie is the welcoming face at CAA and the motor oil that keeps our office running smoothly. She enjoys working on a professional team and takes pride in helping individuals achieve quality hearing care.

Our youngest members of the team steal our hearts and keep us on our toes, never taking a day off. Cal loves to make her presence known and say hi to everyone in the room, while Chip is more reserved and prefers quiet cuddles. They make regular appearances in the office, so be sure to say hello and give a big wave if you see them.
